Twelfth Night

Published in Oak Barn Vets Blog Written by Oak Barn Vets

Well the 12th night has come and gone and sadly all our Christmas decorations have been tidied away for another year! We've been blown away by all the lovely cards and yummy gifts that we've been given this Christmas so a massive thank you to all of you!  Some of the cards have been drawn by clients or star their pets and it just doesn't seem right to consign them to the recycling!  So we thought we'd share some of them with you below in our gallery.  Enjoy!

Avian Flu Update

Published in Oak Barn Vets Blog Written by Oak Barn Vets

Sadly there have been several confirmed cases of Avian Flu (none in Surrey yet) and because of this the government have sensibly extended their enforcement notice that all poultry must be housed to prevent access to wild birds and potential spread.  Currently this law is in place till the 27th February 2017.  For the latest offical information have a look here.

Wow!  We've been blow away by all the talented entries recieved at the Barn this year for our annual Christmas Drawing Competition!  Have a look at the gallery below for the 12 winners who will be made into a 2017 Calendar.    Extra congratulations to Alana Mason with her great picture of Lily - our grand winner!
