Easter Opening Times and Dog Show News!

Wishing you all a happy hippity hoppity Easter!  Easter Monday we will be hosting the Charity Fun Dog Show for the Guildford Lions at Shalford Park, GU4 8AA.  Registration for classes from 11am.  Show starts at 11.30am we hope to see you there!  fingers crossed for more of this lovely sunshine!

Case of the Month - Feb 2017 Giardia Outbreak.

Occaisionally at the Barn we will see outbreaks of infectious disease.  Unfortunately poor Kipling is our Case of the Month having contracted a nasty infection of Giardiasis like many other canine patients we have been seeing recently.  Read on to learn about this nasty infection and how to treat and prevent it.

Those of us with chickens have had a nervous couple of months with the H5N8 Avian Flu outbreak in the UK.  We have been on 'chicken lock down' with our hens all under biosecurity measures to prevent the spead of disease.  As of today in the Guildford area we are now allowed to let our girls back out again but read on for further information.
